#heforshe low key annoys me because it’s making something about women still about men like seeing these male celebrities pat themselves on the back for saying they support women is lol

this is so fucking cool

"kiss me it’s for a project"

wow. This was fun to watch.

i love this so much wow

This made me so uncomfortable at first. But being a “never-been-kissed-virgin” at 19, very intriguing to watch. Everyone had their own styles of kissing. How strange I always just thought it was just some weird tongue dance but it seems as though there is an art to kissing. After only a couple of minutes of watching, kissing began to look so bizarre. It reminds me of when you say a word aloud over and over again until the word begins to sound foreign. Strange, humans are so strange. Also I feel sad, bye.

this is amazing, why am I crying

having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time. it’s the fear of failure but no urge to be productive, and it’s wanting friends while hating socializing. it’s like running a marathon with the willpower of a corpse because you want to get to the end but you also want to sleep and evaporate into the soil and become compost for snails and flowers because then at least you’re useful

graciehagen:

Illusions of the Body was made to tackle the supposed norms of what we think our bodies are supposed to look like. Most of us realize that the media displays the only the prettiest photos of people, yet we compare ourselves to those images. We never get to see those photos juxtaposed against a picture of that same person looking unflattering. That contrast would help a lot of body image issues we as a culture have.

Within the series I tried get a range of body types, ethnicities & genders to show how everyone is a different shape & size; there is no “normal”. Each photo was taken with the same lighting & the same angle.

Celebrate your shapes, sizes & the odd contortions your body can get itself into. The human body is a weird & beautiful thing.
